Catalogs
In order to keep expenses low and in turn prices, we don’t produce paper catalogs. Please feel free to print out the images from our website.

Online Pricing
Some of our manufacturers have limited our ability to advertise prices. If you see an item you are interested in, please feel free to contact us with a description of the item and an item number if displayed.

Payment Terms
We gladly accept Business Checks, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Money Order, or Personal Check.  If paying by personal check, we allow 10 days to clear before shipment.

Shipping
We ship hardware items via Priority Mail with tracking. We email a shipping confirmation along with your tracking number so you know exactly when to expect your shipment.

For Furniture Deliveries, we only deliver on our truck to places that can be reached, unloaded, set, up and give our guys enough time to get back in one day. The most economical and efficient means of shipping with the least risk of damage would be for you to rent a U-haul trailer or van for them to haul merchandise yourself. We can ship freight collect by common carrier with charges to be paid by you at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, Hollywood Furniture assumes no responsibility for shipping damages.

Generally, Common carriers will deliver merchandise to a terminal closest to the customer for them to pick-up. The freight charge for delivery to terminal for customer pick-up is approximately 20%. However, In-home delivery may be available in the customer’s area for an additional charge. Sorry for this inconvenience.
